Challenge

Each year since 1994 we've created original artwork for the Fringe, usually emphasizing the more comic aspects of the festival. Graphics are applied to posters, programs, buttons, passes, lanyards, street banners, sandwich boards, print ads, bus shelters, transit ads, and the web.

Emily Cooper’s photo illustration was used as the basis for a zebra-headed mascot who made appearances around town during festival events. Emily’s work was recognized in the 2012 Applied Arts Magazine’s annual awards issue.
